Playlist Disappeared and Account Hacked

I opened my Spotify this morning and all of my playlists, which included hundreds of downloaded songs, were gone. My music playing on my phone also kept getting paused and interrupted by someone named “Mouad” (it kept saying “listening on Mouad’s iPhone” and cutting mine off). Someone also created a playlist called “music” w 2 random songs in it.  I really need these playlists back. I tried to follow the existing playlist recovery instructions on the site but nothing helped.
