My Question or Issue

When I start to listen to a playlist in the app and then my phone "times out" and the phone locks and I have the music controls on the lock screen, if I skip to the next song, the next song that plays isn't on my playlist. It is a random song, of the same genre but not on my playlist. If I unlock my phone, I am back in my playlist and everything is fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey there @jjwand

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch about this.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you log in to your account on a different mobile device to check if the issue persists there?

We'll be on the lookout.
