My Question or Issue

  Whenever I click on a playlist, a notification pops up that reads:
“Spotify can’t open this type of link on this device.”
I am not really sure what that means, but all I know is that now I am unable to listen to any music on the app

Hey, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. If available, please update your phone firmware and Spotify as well 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
