Playlist cover art

So recently I removed the default (4 album playlist cover) playlist cover and used an image of my own. I have now removed that picture and I want to go back to the original playlist cover I had which were of my first 4 songs that I had added onto the playlist. 

Is there any way I can go back to it?

Right now, it's not possible to edit images from the mobile app. You can only edit the order of tracks and the title of the playlist. You can do these by going to the playlist and scrolling up > hitting the three dots > tapping Edit to make changes.

If you're attempting to make edits, you can do so from the desktop. There's tips for personalization here and there's also more info on image guidelines here.
