Playlist issue

Hello there,

I’m trying to listen to my playlist in alphabetical order by artist, however, after I listen to it for a bit it will jump back to the beginning and restart again. It’s not set on shuffle or repeat. Thank you.

Could you check a few things here and let us know:

• Does this also happen when sorting by Title, Recently Added or Custom?
• Does it happen on all playlists (Spotify-created and your own)?
• Roughly how many songs is it before you notice jumping back to the top?
• How many tracks are there in the playlist when this happens (on average)?
• Is your queue empty at this point?
• Could you let us know the model of you iPhone, it's iOS version, and your app version?

Once we have this info, we should be able to offer some further steps for you to try.

We appreciate that it might look like a lot, but if you could get back to us with bullet points of the above, that'd be useful.
