Playlist will not become available offline (iphone)

Hey all-

I am new to spotify and I am trying to "download" a playlist to play offline. I went to the playlist and put the slider to make available offline and the songs will not download to play offline. What should I do?

You can enable syncing over the mobile network in the app settings if you have lots of data!
