Playlists all gone and replaced please help

I've tried everything from deleting app and reinstalling,changing and resetjng password, googled awnsers forever and still can't get any of my playlists back that just disappeared and was replaced with a playlist I couldn't even read the name of please give some advice I have no idea what to do anymore
