My playlists has all disappeared on my app on my phone, but they are still on my desktop and in the sonos (music play system at our house) app. I allready logged in and out,removed and reinstalled the app. I also checked if i was logged in under the same name. Also if i add a playlist to the empty list it is gone again the next day.
Besides that the app does stop playing after a minute or so, it happens at wifi and 4G i also checked my signal but can still play netflix so that must be way enough to stream music... I've a premium account.
I really hope someone can help me out, i miss my playlists and playing music during a workout.... many many many thanks!!!!
