Playlists or added songs not syncing to iphone

hi - can anyone help out with this?

Created new playlists and added songs to existing playlists on imac. neither are syncing to iphone 5s despite being plugged in and on same wifi. All playlists that were previously available for offline use suddenly no longer available for offline. 

My device does not show on Spotify on imac.

I've done all other suggestions seen here this community: deleted and reinstalled spotify app on phone, yes i'm open in the same account, iphone has 10+gb of space available. 

Any suggestions??

Have you tried restarting your internet router?
