Playlists unloading & unsynching on iPhone whenever Spotfiy app is closed & reopened

hi,

i hope someone can help me. i've used spotify on my iphone for years with no problem.... until now

whats happening since i installed the latest update is new playlists are unloading and unsynching themselves whenever i minimise / close the app. as a result i can't synch any new music, its very frustrating. being able to synch and listen offline is  the main thing i use spotify for and without it i'd probably just close my premium account and find another service.

not that i want to, as i say its been brilliant service up til now.

the faq's were no use so if someone can help that would be good.

I'm also having this problem and I'm on android. Anyone know how to solve this?

I've got the same problem for weeks now! (Android) I'm so frustrated and done. PLS CAN SOMEONE HELP?!

I found a possible fix. If you have a cleaner app (space saver, deletes old
files etc) like I did, it interferes with Spotify, big time. I had to
delete it and use the one that came with my (android, Huawei) phone. Even
then I put Spotify offline before I clean. Hope that helps.

And the Spotify team answered me, but only when I tweeted to them. Nothing
else seems monitored?
