Please help I can't get premium and spotify wont work on my Iphone 5

Ok so IM in china for school and love my music. But I can only get spotify to work on my Mac laptop and it plays like its a premium account but its not so that's ok. I want to buy the premium account tho but its not letting me get to the payment page. Also you can't access facebook in china and I don't know how I can get my facebook account off my spotify account? Since I can't buy the premium account I can't get any of my music on my iphone and the radio wont work in china only in my hotel with the wifi? If someone could please help me I really don't want to be on the other side of the world without my music it is already boring as it is.

Since I am predicting possible country/location issues here, I am going to suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with getting everything set up.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
