Premium Account But Do Not Have Access to Videos, Radio or Podcasts

Hello,

I've had Premium for 3 days now(in Thailand), and have an iPad and iPhone.

Here are my problems.

(1) iPhone = Bottom of screen has..Home/Browse/Search/Library buttons. But no "Radio"? Link?
Browse button has...Charts/New Releases/Podcasts/Discover/Concerts. But no "Videos"? Link?

(2) iPad = NO Podcast Button. NO radio link button. NO video button.

I am really enjoying the App, love it. But, can someone please help me in HOW I GET ACCESS TO Radio and Videos. Also, WHY does my iphone have podcasts? while my iPad does not?

I am confused.
