My Question or Issue

I have 2 concerns which need attention:

 

1.) My premium has been paused, however, the SMART Postpaid account which is registered for this account is still active and has credits from the last payment I made, so there shouldn't be any problem at all on taking out the fees. How could it be paused? It should automatically generate charges together with my Postpaid bill. Also, why I have been charged PHP149 last October? Wherein it should only PHP129 as agreed. I am not happy with these changes and charges that I am not aware of. Unpause my PREMIUM asap as I am using this on a daily basis, I cannot afford to lose this subscription.

 

2.) Why is it saying I am abroad wherein fact I am not? I am not abroad at the moment! I am not sure why you logged me out and is advising me that I am abroad. It says on the bottom that "Enjoying your trip? To listen abroad for more than 14 days, tell us where you are at spotify.com". It is currently locked in the Philippines!

 

Get back to me asap! I need this account!
