Premium account, new phone, playlists not transfered

Hello dear Community,

I have been looking into the various FAQs and support threads but nothing seems to work. So apologies if this question has been answered somewhere.

I no longer want to use Spotify on my work phone. So I have logged in into my Premium account on my new phone but I can't find the playlists and downloads that are available on my work phone back on my personal phone.

Any clue?
