Premium account not working on Iphone 5 - clean install allready tried

Premium working on desktop with no issues, but isnt on my iPhone 5. Clean install allready tried several times as well a loggin in and out..

Are you 100% sure you're using the correct account? It is very easy to have a Facebook account and a Spotify account - very easy 😉

Can I suggest logging in with your username, and then Facebook?

Also, try another reinstall. It may take a bit to update.

Im more than sure im not using my facebook account! i upgraded several days ago, and tried the reinstall today again - no luck at all.

I find it very sad paying for a service not working..
