Premium account with FB login won't sync playlists to iphone

I have had to reset my iphone 5 and when I went into Spotify to sign in using Facebook, it will not sync my premium account.  It is working fine on the desktop, but it says I have no playlists, saved music or a profile pic (which is my FB profile) when signing in on the phone.  I have reloaded Spotify as well.  Any suggestions?

That's not cool. In this case, you might have another account. Can you check the steps here?

I only have one Facebook Account and that is how I have to log in – won’t let me use email.
