I’ve purchased a premium subscription however the premium button doesn’t show in the menu (see attached)
I’ve removed it from Facebook, I’ve deleted the app, restarted the phone, soft reset the phone, reinstalled the app, signed in and premium button still doesn’t show. Help please!

As far as it looks you're using a Premium UI.
Please first check your subscription status over at Spotify.com to make sure it is indeed Premium.
If that's the case, Spotify had updated the UI so i'd suggest you check out this Spotify answer on getting to know the new UI and get all answers needed.
