Premium disappeared from account

With my phone network provider (vodafone) i had the option for either netflix or spotify as well as other things for the duration of my contract, i chose spotify as i was paying for it already and have used it for a year now with no problems most days. However the other day my premium had suddenly vanished and i now only have the free version. Vodafone say theres nothing wrogg at there end and i am still in conract with thwm so my account probpems seem to be with spotify? I have searched the internet and dont seem to bw able to find an answer. Also i havent made a seperate account using facebook like other people seem to have done who share a similar proboem.
