Premium for Iphone 5/iMac not taking effect

Hey guys so i've just recently purchased premium for spotify!

UNfortunately its coming up on both my iphone and imac application that i need to upgrade to premium?

Any solutions to this would be great! 

And yes i have double checked my accounts and receipts and card numbers etc.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Just to double check this is what you meant you did, have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Fair enough that it might take awhile, but how long? 🙂 

And option 2 ive done numerous time to no avail 

And option 3, everything is definitely correct as i dont link facebook to spotify 🙂

Your subscription on the account with the username calumnnn should be working fine. If you log out and back in today, things should be working okay.
