My premium service works on my pc and also iPhone, however my iPad says I'm not a premium customer. I've uninstalled the app several times and also checked to ensure I'm using the same log in. How can I fix this? Thanks!
Try logging out of both Facebook and Spotify on your iPad, then clicking 'login with Facebook details' on Spotify on your iPad, then use your regular Facebook email address and password. That should get things going how they should as your account looks fine at our end.
