Premium not working on iPhone and no roku

Like many others I have Premium account but it doesn't work on iPhone. Also I can't login on my Roku and the response I got was directions to do a complicated reset of my Roku. Since no other program malfunctions I think that may only cause more problems. Hope you can help. Otherwise I'm cancelling my subscription.

As Pharrell Williams would say, ........... Both problems are now resolved, but honestly, it took some time and patience.  The Roku interface has been improved since last I tried.  As for the iPhone 5 issue, I deleted the current app and reinstalled after syncing with iTunes, changing my password online and anything else I could think of to do.  Thanks for the encouragement!
