Premium not working on ipad

Hi,

I set up a Premium account on my Mac - which works - but it is not being recognised on my iPad. I'm sure this is my mistake but can't get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post and see if they work?
