I subscribed to premium last week by accident when I entered into my free trial period. The payment of $13 is withdrawn from my account, but when the "free" trial was over my account went back to no subscription even though I've been charged for it. I have tried to log out and back in, and to delete and re download the app, but I'm still A free user and not premium. Please help!
The account linked to your community profile has never had Premium - do you use another account? If you contact the support team via this Link, they should be able to help you get into your Premium account.
You will get an auto-reply to your ticket - simply reply back to the email to put your case back into the live filter.
