Premium trail period finished but have account

Premium trail period finished but have account

Hi all,

 

Have a premium account. Works perfectly on my samsung, android phone, but now I got a new iPad and it says the trail period has finished....but it does play all music. Bit strange.

 

Logged in and out several times

Logged out , reinstalled app and login in again several times.

 

Not working. Tips?

Strange that is it working, I would say it will hopefully sort itself out. Give it another 24 hours, if not we can troubleshoot a little further! 😉

I noticed the same problem with my iPhone4S early this morning. 

Everything works as it should on different devices......

Hey guys 🙂 

 

If you are still having issues, can you try removing the app, fully restarting your device and then installing Spotify again, making sure you are using the same details as on your other devices.

Sorry, didnt work, still saying my trial period ended, but does play music.

 

Strange problem, because when I log in on the iPad of my wife it doesnt say this. But that is an iPad 3, but with the same version of spotify on it.
