Premium user can't stream music

Premium user can't stream music


I'm subscribed for the premium but when I go to the spotify app it won't let me play my playlist it keep saying only premium subscribers are allowed to do it and referring me to the radio

I already called sprint and bokuh or however you spell it and they said I'm an active subscriber and to contact you !!

Hey 🙂 

 

From the amount of posts on the community tonight, it appears there is a delay between accounts being upgraded and those subscriptions being recognised on your devices. Fingers crossed it is just a temporary slowdown and things will return to normal soon. Keep try logging out and back in again.
