Premium works on iPad, but demands that I pay again on iPhone

Okay, so I bought my wife Spotify Premium (she was supposed to get three months free for $1.00 USD -- but didn't) on the 31st.  It works fine on her iPad Air 2 -- no problem there.  However, it is also supposed to work on up to 3 devices with the same account: but, when she tries to use Spotify on her iPhone 4s she is told that she has to pay again for Premium.  How can this be fixed?

Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.
