I pay for premuim package but when I in my account it says I need to upgrade to premium my bank statements show I premium customer but can't get access . This only just happened since I took my Sonos device round a friends house

Hey,

 

I don't know on wich device the problem is, but first try to log out an log back in again.

 

If this doesn't solve the problem, try to reinstall the spotify app.

 

and if this doesn't work, you can send your device specs and i will look at it again.
