Problem streaming

Problem streaming

What is happening:

1) I have Spotify family premium
2) Usually I am able to stream online music
3) I clicked an online playlist, the song plays for 10 seconds and cuts off
4) I tried other online playlist and songs, same thing has happened

Steps I've done to solve the problem but to no avail:
1) log in log out
2) close app
3) change streaming quality
4) uninstall and re install app
5) clear my memory space
6) restart my phone

Would appreciate the help! Thanks!
