Problem with premium and offline

Today my ability to use offline playlists has stopped and now spotify is asking me to buy premium, which I already have. I have also now been stopped playing my playlists from iPad and iPhone, the same request from spotify is buy premium. Any ideas?

Hi Aberdeen15- I can see that your monthly Premium payment couldn't go through on 2 August. This is why you temporarily lost your Premium access. 

 

However it seems you were able to upgrade again successfully today this afternoon. Everything working for you now?

Yes, I figured it out last night when I looked at my subscription.
