My Question or Issue

I have an iphone 11 pro with the latest update 14.2 and with the latest update of the Spotify app, the problem is that when I play any song and lock my phone, after 30 seconds the app closes and the phone gets too hot, then I have I have to re-enter the app to start again, apart from that I have a 7 generation iPad and I have no problem with that, I don't know what could be happening.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.
