Progress bar of a song does not move while looking at the lyrics on full screen. It sometimes works, but rarely.

Recently while listening to music, I was looking at the lyrics when I noticed that the progress bar at the bottom of the page was paused, but the song playback and the lyrics sync was working perfectly.

My Question or Issue

While playing a song and reading the lyrics the playing time progress bar does not update itself.

1. Play song
2. While song is playing open "lyrics" for the song
3. The playing time progress bar does not update and move even though the song is playing

Sorry to see this still doesn't work for you.
Have you tried downloading & installing the app again to see if that makes a difference?
It seems fixed for everyone else.

At first the issue seemed fixed but I can also reproduce it again.

Seems to only happen after having skipped a few songs. However, the issue seems to behave slightly different now. Previously it would randomly stop working but work again for the next song. Now it stops working completely for the current and all upcoming songs. 

Removed the app and installed it again but it didn’t fix the issue. 

Spotify version: 8.7.68.568

iOS: 16.0

While listening to music, and while lyrics are in full screen, the slider to show the time does not move. If I drag it left or right, it still changes the place in the song, and the lyrics will still follow along with what’s playing, but the slider will not move.
