Push & Email Notifications and Alerts - No Longer Receiving iOS, Premium)

Hello,

I have enabled all push notiifications in the Spotify app as well is in the iPhone settings, as well as enabled all email alerts, but still do not receive push notifications or email alerts. I've never changed these settings and my account stopped functioning weeks ago.Formerly I received them and loved being updated when artists released a new album, when a playlist gets updated, etc. I had this in email and via push on phone.

Incidentally, I see the notifications in the desktop app when I click the "bell" icon.

Things I've tried, to no avail:

1. Disable and then enable all notifications
2. Quit app and restart
3. uninstall the app, and re-install

This was one of the core features of Spotify that I loved. Any help is appreciated.

I am new to Spotify and having the same problem. I haven't received any notifications even though there have been new albums released by people I follow. Had to switch from Rdio as they went bankrupt and notifications worked amazingly there. Disappointed so far with this though. And this is why I chose to go with Spotify.
