 The current track in the queue is not displayed on iPad (on the iPhone he appears) What is wrong?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps. Could you attach a screenshot of the issue you're having? 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Does this issue happen if you try another network connection?

 

If possible could you try singing in on another iPad with similar specs with your account or maybe you can try signing in with another accunt on your current one.

 

If you can, please share a screenshot of the issue you're having 🙂

Hi, it concerns the Version 8.4.67.665

The Version 8.4.62.490 works without this issue.

I‘m having the same issue (see attachment) on iPhone 5S, running Spotify-Version 8.4.67.665

 

Hard reset of device and reinstalling app didn‘t help. Different network also makes no difference, the issue persists.
