Random Changes to songs, pauses, play and also voice control turned on

Hey,

Need help quickly! For the past few weeks spotify on my iPhone 7 has been randomly changing songs, pausing and playing, re-winding and fast forwarding with no interaction with the app. I have it on locked screen, closed all other apps but still going.

Also voice control randomly comes on but i have disable on my phone?!?

I have re-installed the app, got new headphones, reset my iphone, reset my account, changed passwords, updated my phone/app and nothing is helping!!

Spotify version 8.4.51.696

Spotify Premium

Please help - at the moment my only solution is to get rid of Spotify as there is no point paying for not being able to listen!
