Upgraded phones lost premium

Sounds like this should be in the ios forum, not android.

Also make sure you are logging in south the same account that has premium (i.e an email login rather than Facebook). To check try logging in on a pc at Spotify.com/account

As the subject says I upgraded phones and my premium is completely gone. I keep getting charged for it by iTunes.

Also I've followed most of the steps that I've read before by deleting and re installing the app and logging off/on.

Is there a solution??
