Recently Played Artists Missing from Profile Page on iOS

My Question or Issue

My Recently Played Artists is missing from my Spotify profile. I can see Recently Played artists on my friends' profiles. Just not mine and it is not viewable by other people. I disabled "Private Session", "Publish Activity", and disabled Waze integration. These are the only options available under the "Social" section of my app. I even deleted the cache from the "Storage" section and then uninstalled the app from my phone. I even uninstalled Waze then restarted my phone. It still doesn't work. I usually log in to Spotify via Facebook profile. 

Is there something I'm not doing?
