Recently Resubscribed to Spotify Premium and No songs work on iPhone or Computer

two days ago, July 18, 2013, i Resubscribed to Spotify Premium after it said my payment method did not work for that month... reason, i have no idea. Anyways i resusribed with my credit card and when i log in on the web site it says you are using Premium. but none of my songs will play on my phone or on the computer i have all these adds as if i have no Premium.  PLEASE HELP

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
2) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi dclay711 - What's happened here is you've made a second account via Facebook--that was the one that was upgraded instead of 'dclay711'.
