Recreating playlists?

I erased some playlists on my iPhone, thinking it was ONLY on the phone that I erased them...
BUT...they also disappeared from my Mac...

Is there any way I can recreate the playlists...maybe old cache, or some sort of backup file...or in some other way...?

As I understand it, playlists aren't actually deleted when you remove them from Spotify or at least it takes a while before they get deleted. So, if you have sent links to any of those playlists to anybody you could potentially get them back by opening the links from the emails you sent and then subscribing to the playlists.
