Redeeming my Spotify premium code from talabat rewards didnt work

I had extra points on talabat and found 2 months free for 500 points so I redeemed it, got a code, went to the website and it said try again then go to the support page which said it didn’t exist.

Have you tested Spotify Premium on your account before? If yes, then you won't be able to redeem this offer as it's only available to users who haven't tried Spotify Premium. You can find more information here.

You can also reach out to the Talabat Support to ask them if there's any way you can get your points back if you aren't able to redeem the offer.

This is misleading . I first time for premium and yet Talabat code is not working !
