Release radar: Dislike artist or song on ios. Song has this full screen cd/song cover image

I would like to know how to dislike an artist that cameup in my release radar on the IOS device. I am able to dislike normal songs but this song has this future where entire cover image of the cd/song is displayed on full screen and controlls are hidden untill you touch the screen. (See the attached image to understan what I mean by full screen image cover.)

I don't the song and therefore the artist for making it. I have never heard of the artist and I never listen to this kind of garbage. 

Ps. It works on PC.

Hope you're doing great!

You can do that in this songs as well, those full screen images are short clips recorded and uploaded by the artists themselves that's why you won't see that happen with all the songs available in Spotify.
