Remove "download" options at top of page

I've tried Spotify out for over a month now, and it's really helped me cause I'm a big music fan and I've got over 3,000+ songs in my library. In contrast to Apple Music, which I've previously used for over a year, I find Spotify is much more stable as I had to reconstruct and redownload my songs on Apple Music multiple times cause the whole Cloud system is so easy to crash.

Now the problem with Spotify is, it's also so easy to "un-download" all the songs that I have in my library if I accidentally swipe the "Download" bar at the top of the Songs page. When that happens, I have to find a place with WiFi to redownload my library of songs. Is there a way to just remove that "Download" bar so I don't accidentally swipe it and have to redownload my whole library over and over again?
