My Question or Issue

I just recently noticed that when I go to my Library, I can't search by Artist only now.  It only gives me playlists, artists, and albums at the top and I can get to my "liked songs" by going to playlists but I like to listen to the songs of one specific artist a lot of times but when I try to go to the Artists section beside playlists, all I get is the attached picture.  My brother has prermium and the same phone and doesn't have this issue.  I'm having the same issue on my desktop version as well.
