SPOTIFY PREMIUM DOESNT WORK ABROAD IOS APPLE 5 S

Hi all,
MY Spotify premium account doesn't work on my mobile iPhone 5S.
I'm actually abroad in Italy.
My IOS software installed is actually 9.3.2.
Spotify doesn't want to play any song even in offline mode. I checked the connection and it's ok. It works only with wifi. I tried to reinstall few times the app with no positive result.
I would like to specify that I got a PREMIUM ACCOUNT, so I shouldn't have any problem to play songs abroad with restrictions.

May you please check my accoUnt in order to find if there is any issues?
