Saved Songs (downloaded) will appear as not downloaded

So this is getting really annoying and inconvinient. I have all my saved songs as downloaded. But once a week or so, they are somehow not downloaded anymore. Recently tried removing my iPhone as an offline device and started fresh by redownloading all songs, but here I am a week later, having to download thousands of songs. 

I saw a similar thread on this topic and was marked as solved, but it was not whatsoever. Spotify, feel free to chime in?
