Saving a song leads to app crash

As of about two-three weeks ago, at least once per listening session, when I try to save a song, it leads to the app crashing. The crash isn't instantaneous however, usually waiting 30 seconds to a minute, stalling/skipping mid-song, then crashing. When returning to the app, the song usually saves but the screen I left off on is different. I sometimes have this problem when saving a song/artist to offline as well (still have plenty of space before I reach my offline song cap too).

I'm currently running the latest iOS, 9.02, on a 64gb iPhone 6 Plus. Also, been a premo user for close to 5 years now.

Any help and/or hearing from others having the same issues would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there!

Is your app still acting up?

If so, try restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds.

Let us know if that helps.

No. The only thing that has helped is toggling the entire app to offline
mode. That however does not let me fully utilize Spotify as a power premium
user as I have for the last five years. For example, I cannot browse new
music, and I definitely cannot add or remove any music. Speaking of which,
before permanently going to offline mode to avoid the daily app crashes, I
noticed that every time I'd swipe a song to remove it, it would also lead
to crash.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I have no local files in my
Spotify library, and don't really think there are corrupt files or anything
like that lying around. I'd like to avoid deleting the app and
re-downloading all of my offline music. That is a MAJOR pain that I've
already done multiple times.

Thanks for reporting.

We're afraid the best thing to try would be reinstalling the app.

Let us know how it goes.
