Shuffle Doesn't Work

I am not sure if I am the only one experiencing this, but my shuffle does not seem to work properly. First, if I shuffle a large playlist, it seems to play the same songs each time. Second, if I skip a song, it will play it immediately after the next song. I am just wondering if other people are having these issues.

First of all, please make sure you queue is empty. This might be the reason!
