Shuffle was broken for a while, then an update fixed it. Now it’s broken again with the same behavior.

Same issue in my 2014 CX-5.  Not sure if I need to try a new music service or invest in a third party bluetooth adapter.  It's more frustrating knowing that this can and has worked in the past.  Aside from using the "shuffle all" voice command, what is everyone else doing as a workaround?

This is happening to me too in my Mazda. When will there be a solution @spotify?
