Spotify is not allowing me to sign in saying my username or password are incorrect. I have reset my password multiple time now?

Try to login directly to the app using your email address as username and your password.

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Be sure to use that username to login back to your account in the app.
