Siri says i don’t have spotify installed but i do

I have all updates installed and “use with ask siri” selected. siri tells me that i don’t have the app installed. For some reason it doesn’t even come up as an available option to select for a shortcut either. I tried reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Our other iphone which is the same works fine.

We suggest that you being by restarting your device and we'd also recommend to update to the latest iOS version.

It would also be great if you can provide us with a screenshot of the error you get. That will make us understand more directly what's going on from your end.
