My Question or Issue

Hi, although I believe that the application is well done, I have encountered problems with Siri's voice command: I can play all my playlists except the one containing my favorite music. I get the following message: "I have not found my top rated on Spotify"

Hey @tottobuono, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

First, make sure that you're following these steps when stating your command to Siri.

 

Try restarting the device, and try asking Siri again and let me know if that makes a difference.

 

If you're still having trouble, let me know what command you're trying to say to Siri exactly, and send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to give a command to Siri (make sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).

Thank you Billy for yours adivces, I've restarted the phone and now the problem seems to be solved.

Hi Billy,

Apparently it seems that the problem is not completely solved. I tried to ask Siri to play my favorite songs in different ways, but the voice assistant sends me the same error or plays music that is not what I asked for. I am attaching screenshots (they are in Italian) of the following commands given to Siri.
